It's true, in the Baptist church we seem to be really scared about the third part of the Trinity.  Sometimes so much so, we try not to talk about it, we try not to teach about it, and so many times we don't even mention it.  But if you believe in the Trinity then you are in effect denying God.  So I wanted to start talking about the Holy Spirit more during Sunday School and I thought a great place to start was with the attributes of the Holy Spirit (I still don't know why no-one knew what attributes ment on Sunday).

These are the one we came up with

He lives in Christians

He Speaks

He prays with us

He leads

He commands

He teaches

He convicts

He reminds

He gives power

He changes lives

He is God

He is Eternal (and only God is eternal)

He is Creator (and only God can create)

He is a person

He gives spiritual gifts.
